During the festival session, some Pokémon that are attracted to incense will also glow. Shine with your Pokémon and celebrate!

Pokemon Go: Festival of Lights date and time

According to the blog post, The Festival of Lights will return to Pokémon Go on Friday, November 1 at 10:00 AM IST to Monday, November 4, 2024, at 8:00 PM local time. Moreover, the event will mainly be exclusive to the Trainers in India.

According to the information, a special, regional costume Pokémon will be introduced for this year’s celebration, making this celebration an extra stylish event!

Festival of Lights Event Bonuses

  • 2× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
  • 2× XP for catching Pokémon.
  • Team GO Rocket balloons appear every 2 hours.
  • Team GO Rocket Grunts appear more frequently at PokéStops.
  • Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.

Moreover, Alolan Geodude, Hisuian Voltorb, Slugma, Volbeat, lllumise, Litwick, Morelull, and Tabuib Pokemon will appear more frequently when Trainers use Incense. In addition to these, Hisuian Voltorb, Dedenne, Morelill, and more Pokemon will emerge in raids.
