22nd Chennai International Film Festival 2024

The 2024 edition of the Chennai International Film Festival is set to take place between October 04 and October 10. The seven-day gala is billed as a celebration of world cinema, community, creativity, and culture. The event is a prestigious celebration of global cinema, held in the heart of Chennai. Moreover, The festival is a cultural landmark that symbolizes the artistic soul of Chennai.

The 22nd Chennai International Film Festival 2024 showcases a preference for films from a variety of genres and cultures from around the world. Plus, it providing a platform for both established directors and emerging talent.

In addition to the screening, the festival is a dynamic cultural event that includes panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions with filmmakers. Moreover, it will host a line-up of over 146 short films in more than 51 countries.

These short films will be shown at Periyar Thidal. Plus is also shown at educational institutions like Loyola College, Ethiraj College, and Bharat Institute of Higher Education and Research.

As always, the Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF) with the support of The Government of Tamil Nadu, the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, and the Film Federation of India is organizing the 22nd Chennai International Film Festival in the city of Chennai, India.
